                    fighters codex is awesome, I bought it awhile back in paperback and love it, I will do the program again in the near future.

                    you will love it. It has power, speed, practice days among others.

                      Thank you! Yes, fighter's codex is maybe my favorite program, even if it has a few days that get a bit too long for my tastes!

                        I tried running again and my knee was... not entirely happy about it. It's getting better, though (this time I could go the whole way, and it doesn't hurt at all while doing leg strength training).
