        And another cycle ends! I'll try keeping the last two day of the Chest&Arms challenge as a fast, before-breakfast workout in addition to the actualy training (which I usually do after I come home from work).
        Next, I'm probably going to try Combat HIIT, with occasional add-ons whenever I feel like it.

              I probably wont' have time to exercise during the next few days, but I'll try to keep doing the push-up master challenge in the mornings. Today I managed to do 30 normal pushups nonstop, though I doubt I'll be able to keep that up.
