    Sooo... after being inactive for the better part of a month because of a tendon issue, I didn't feel like going on with the Hero's Journey program since I had lost all momentum. I didn't want to redo it immediately either, and lately I found out that I enjoy combat-themed workouts, so...

                  Turns out it wasn't just DOMS, but a pretty high and nasty fever... seems like the world doesn't want me to get back to regular exercise.
