    9 hours of sleep... I feel better now Amirsh, but I still nedd more sleep to balance out what sleep I lost. I still feel a little bit tired. It was different yesterday - I couldn't get my thoughts together for more than two seconds, and I couldn't even walk properly, like I was drunk. Today is better though

    As you can see, I started to track my no-sugar/no-fast food days. I just call it for what it is - Lent (even though I'm not religious ). I use No Sugar Challenge to remember to track it, too Just cross off the day on the next morning, when I sit down to plan my workout

    Because of that I'll restart the Dead Hang Challenge when I'm done with those two

      I'm not really a drinker either KYRO and alcohol is best in food in my opinion. But amaretto neilarey? If I put that in the chocolate bites will last about 3 minutes before I eat the lot!

        Regarding the snacks, I'm going to make either Coconut Bites, or Energy Bites, or both. It all depends if I can get all the ingredients. I'm going right about now to get them

              The story is great - it really shows how far the MCU has gone. It was the best solo origin story film since Iron Man and I would really have to scratch my head to choose between these two films. As far as the character (!)goes, she's a great role-model for others. I can't wait for the Endgame

              Energy Bites tasted amazing - I ate maybe 10. Good thing that I cut myself off, because I was full and I kept on snacking Thank you, Zastria and neilarey

                        I threw a walk somewhere there in the middle of the workout, as I went to do some grocery shopping. I finished off with a little stretch for my poor, poor legs. After leg challenges, I think it was a wise decision....

                          That boxing day felt great! Now I really know what you mean, Colin. PUNCHES! are a-mazing!

                          I even did 15 push-ups! (Well, maybe 12 of them was good form, definitely 10!... also, was I supposed to do push-ups each set? Because I kind of thought it was supposed to go as a finisher... )

                          I will do 50 Push-Ups Challenge for the 3rd time next month, so far I have had enough of challenges (and definitely enough of squats... )
