          D4 Daily Abs Challenge* ~ 14 knee-ins + 14 butt-ups / 30sec rest / 4 sets
          D4 Cardio ~ 24 jumping jacks + 24 opp knee to elbow climbers / no rest / 4 sets
          D4 Daily Squats Challenge ~ 50 squats in total [35 basic / 15 sumo]
          5min BJJ drills x3 + random jits body breaks with my kiddo for him to practice his drills

          Lifting / D4 / Week 4 ~ shoulders + core / 4 sets ~ minimal rest between sets 30 to 60 sec)
          DB shoulder press - 8r with 27.5 lb dbs
          lat raises - 10r with 15lb dbs
          bent over flys - 10r with 17.5 lb dbs
          leg raises - 20r
          crucifixes + crunch kicks - 10r each
          flutter kicks + scissors - 30r each
          shoulder squeeze - 18r with 50 + 30 lb bands
          front raises - 12r with 50 + 10lb bands
          sitting twists - 46r
          lat raises - 15r with 50 + 10 lb bands

          Indoor Cycle ~ 8km / 20min 50secs

                      Thanks PetiteSheWolf and most definitely! A wonderful feeling to not have to worry about halting nearly everything for several weeks+ every few months because of my health. Mentally a bigger bog than I thought it was until it no longer affected me. So excited to get a more high intensity system set up and more training in too

                            D5 Cardio ~ 26 jumping jacks + 26 opp knee to elbow climbers / no rest / 4 sets
                            D5 Daily Squats Challenge ~ 6 squats + 5 count hold / no rest / 4 sets


                            Lifting / D5 / Week 4 ~ arms / 4 sets ~ minimal rest between sets 30 to 60 sec)
                            close grip db press - 12r with 35lb dbs
                            hammer curls - 10r each side with 20lb dbs
                            over tri exts - 8r each side with 22.5lb db
                            zottman curls - 11r with 15lb dbs
                            tri kickbacks - 8r each side with 25lb db
                            con. curls - 8r each side with 20lb db

                            ~ I'd planned on finishing up this lifting program today, but I think I may carry it over through next week and then be done with it. Figure I'll take the weekend to think about it and decide one way or the other on Monday!

                            Barefoot indoor run ~ 4.95km / 28min 1sec - avg pace about 5:44/km [ZR Season 3/ Mission 8: Believe]

                            +15-20 sec add on to what I'd consider my comfy pace, around 5:25-30/km from a year ago.
                            Not terrible considering I've only done perhaps 10 or so runs for the entire year, so I should be able to get myself faster in no time if I stay even a little consistent with runs again.

                            10 min cooldown - stretching + more foam rolling
