30 Days of Yoga D30 ~ 15 min meditation -- eked this out first thing this morning before the kidlet got up and it was glorious!
Power Cardio D30 - Abs ~ Level 3 / 5 sets -- Looking at this day it honestly looks challenging but it wasn't all that difficult. I enjoyed this program overall and I have come to actually like most of the plyo movements when done as reps and not for time. My brain definitely prefers working towards or counting down from a rep goal instead of time based workouts.
Power Up D30~ finished -- I will likely do this program again because it was a great add-on and stayed challenging to the end.
I have a run planned this afternoon to do via Zombie, Run and I will likely do some BJJ drills as well.
I found out my youngest bro actually used to do BJJ and I had no idea so he's gonna do some practicing with me this weekend if our schedules align
Indoor Run ~ 4.15km / 23min 43secs -- Zombie, Run: Season 2 / Mission 14 ~ You're Rocking the Boat
Avg. pace: 5:42 per km
Slower avg. pace as to not aggravate my right calf/ankle for most of my runs the last two weeks. I did a massive +1000m elevation gain hike/backpacking trip at the beginning of August and my calves were not pleased with me. Way too much, too fast and still paying for it now. I see my massage therapist next week to work the lingering kinks out and should feel good as new.

Good job with the run, considering your calf/ankle issue. I know from personal experience that it isn't easy as I have had issues with one of my legs that is more noticeable with running or activities with high impact.

Thanks Seri I definitely notice it a touch with a ton of high impact exercises some days. If I keep my feet out of shoes things feel pretty damn amazing. Massage seems to be the ticket for things to be copacetic So stoked to see my guy next week to work on the calves and glutes/hips
BJJ on the trampoline with my son ~ approx 15min or so -- rolls, judo throws, pulling him into guard and showing him how to break it, attempting to get him to understand and do guard on me (got real close today), breaking grabs/holds. And, of course, lots of excited jumping around!
Not sleeping well the last couple of days, like 3 hours of sleep a night, so feeling bagged today. Worked this morning and I am so glad the jobs went by so quickly today
Power Grip Challenge D1 ~ 40sec clench/unclench Yoga Abs Challenge D1 ~ 20sec boat hold + 20sec knee hug / 3 sets / no rest
Full Circuit ~ Day 1 -- changed the march step to ninja runs instead
Back & Core ~ Day 1 -- changed the side leg raises to double side jack knives and did that rep count per side not in total for the last two exercises
1) So incredibly grateful for no traffic when I drove to work this morning
2) Having the most adorable Rottweiler pal keeping me company for the latter half of my morning. Such a sweetheart~!
3) Putting a huge dent in my "to-do" list today so my kiddo-less days (starting tomorrow evening) can actually be "free" time
