But they make such flavorful smoke for barbeque and meat smoking...

Loba5472 you should get a Wagner, totally worth it. It makes painting rooms a breeze.

Been real busy. Seems I missed the rwc workout, but then I never could find the workout I was actually assigned on there... Hmmm. Oh well. Hopefully I can get back on track this week. I want to make a new routine for lifting too... So many things to do.

I think I figured out your problem with respect to the RWC, I believe Jade was the workout, but it was Sundance that posted it, not whomever was supposed to be your nominator, and a couple of posts after the original nomination. It took me a few minutes of reading through that page in the RWC log to figure it out, specifically looking at that. It was really confusing, so the issue wasn't on your end, for sure.

That's pretty close to twice your bodyweight!

              Keep it up.

Serious respect for those lifts, Loba5472 . May I ask, how long did it take you to work up to things like that? (trying to set goals for myself in terms of time frame and realizing 90% of everything weight lifting related talks about guys lol)

I've been lifting for awhile now... Maybe close to 2 years? I think... But I was in decent shape before then. I'm just guessing 2 years because I got serious about lifting a little while after my youngest was born and she'll be 3 in June. I like deadlifts squats not so much... I'm always worried about messing up my knees so my form isn't as deep as it really should be... But I've never worries about my legs or back with deadlifts, so I just power away at those...

Dumb question: are those numbers you’re lifting lbs or kg? (either way impressive, but kg would be freakish!)

Edited to add: duh, saw that you weigh in at 138 lbs... It‘s lbs, obviously... Sorry for being slow

That is def a respectable deadlift. It's funny you prefer them over squats, most people are the other way around.

Your grip must be incredible too boot!

I like deadlifts more, too. I think I have stronger lower back because of basketball, kinda natural strength, don't have to try so hard.
Loba gratz on nice DL, I like your workouts
