      Trainer Sara had sick babies today so i did Daily Dare, Fit Christmas D3, Extra Spice Workout, Advent Calendar and Wall-Sit Day 30. About half--way through I realized I was not sitting low enough so i moved lower on the wall. If there was a badge, I would do the 4 min sit again. There is no badge and it was not the most fun i could have. there's a badge for burpees. that will help me prepare for snowball fight.

      will catch up with y'all tomorrow.

                      yesterday: Fit Christmas D4, Advent Calendar, Daily Dare, Back & Core and Back To Basics.

                      today was trainer day but it ended up being more therapy than slams and sits. we did do enough work for me to know just how extreme the difference in strength between my left and right sides are. i have done so much compensating on the left that when i do isolation work it takes a couple reps on the left to find balance and groove. on the right, i have to make extreme modifications to even feel the muscle fire. i suppose that explains some of the sensation that i have that i can't trust my own body. you can only compensate for so long without causing damage. and there is only so much you can do with that much of a delta without hurting yourself. since the most strenuous thing i did was the foam roller, after i got home i also did some treadmill, Daily Dare, Advent Calendar and Back & Core D30.

                      and, yes, there is a badge for that one. =)

                                hihihi friends!

                                would it make sense to you if i said i was able to add some consistency to my constant inconsistency this week? i did a better job of planning my days this week and so i got my workouts done as planned. until Friday. I didn't do my regular planning for Friday and just floated through the day like flotsam and jetsam. so i'm going to keep working on my planning skills.

                                so because i didnt plan Friday, i only ended up walking the dogs. that seems to be my fall-back position. and i'll take that. we walked 1.75 miles so they were happy. i was cold.

                                Saturday: Buttercup, Daily Dare, Advent Calendar, and Fit Christmas D5. This was only about 20 minutes worth for the day; I was in a time crunch.
                                Today: Cardio Magic, Advent Calendar, (modified) Burn & Build, Fit Christmas D6, and Daily Dare. I used Burn & Build to get the 200 Squats for Fit Christmas. I did 3 rounds with 20 Squats per set per round. After 3 sets, this put me at 180 so I added another 20 after I finished the Daily Dare.

                                And in my pursuit of fun, yesterday at improv class they said they were going to get a tree and decorate it that evening for the Saturday night shows. So we (me, Trin and friend Mac) helped decorate the improv theater tree and then stayed for the shows. the Christmas sketches ... those will prolly get better through the month. the 2nd show (Relation-shi+) was really funny.

                                today, we are headed up ... err down actually to Colorado Springs. we are going to the BACA Christmas party. Trin was adopted by BACA when she was in 1st grade. it can be intimidating to have 20 bikers show up in front of your suburban house but it helped Trin get through a pretty rough year.
