    Alright, it's been a busy day. I'm caught up on the Advent Calendar (Dec. 3), did Day 1 of Fit Christmas, and done through Day 6 of Foundation Light.

      Kept it going today! Just about killed my thighs in doing so, though, haha. I finished Day 2 of Fit Christmas, Day 4 of the Advent Calendar, and Day 7 of Foundation Light. Fit Christmas really killed my thighs. Walking even a little bit downhill made them feel like they were going to buckle....a nice hot shower seemed to help, though. Then I did the Foundation Light, which caused a little bit of acting up again. Hopefully they'll feel better in the morning, otherwise I may be taking the elevator at work.

        So, I haven't exercised since the 4th. Been busy and I have a suspicion I may finally be pregnant, so I want to lay off for a little while longer until I can fully confirm.

            Well, I finally found out for sure that I am not, in fact, pregnant. So back to the grind! Since I'm so far behind, I've elected not to continue the programs I had started before. My back has been bothering me lately and I haven't been able to get in to a chiropractor, so I decided to start Back and Core.

                Just thought I'd pop in and say that I am, indeed, alive. Just got extremely busy with the holidays and whatnot. I'm planning on joining Planet Fitness again today so that I can get in some exercise since it's cold out and I'm slowly running out of space in my house....

                  Today I've done Day 1 of the Touch Your Toes and Office challenges. I'm not going to have time to go to the gym later, so I thought I'd at least do that. I started my new job this past Monday, and it's going well so far. I have my own office (with a window!), so that will make it easier to do these. I'm planning on doing the challenges every work day, so I'll have the weekends off from them. I plan on still going to the gym, though, when I can.

                  We got dumped with about 10 inches (around 25.4 cm) last weekend and we're supposed to get another 5-6 inches (12.7 - 15.24 cm) this coming Saturday. I have a feeling that shoveling snow is going to be my workout....My road is frequently forgotten, too, so it's essentially a sheet of ice.

                    Completed Day 2 of Touch Your Toes and Office challenges! The tricep dip was pretty difficult for me...my arm strength is fairly nonexistent anymore. I think I'll try and get on some of the upper arm machines for a little bit when I'm at the gym later.

                      So, it's been a while since I checked in. I've been doing fairly well at keeping up with Touch Your Toes. I'm done through Day 10, so yay! And! I can now touch my toes! Only for a second before the hamstring pain kicks in (I have super-tight hamstrings, as I think I've mentioned before), but at least I can do it!

                      I've also been trying to do 30 days of no alcohol. Not even a drink with dinner out with friends or anything. None at all. Today is Day 16. I haven't really lost that much weight from it, but I blame that on being a female. Men seem to lose weight from that much more quickly than women do....jerks (j/k).

                      I'm looking forward to seeing what the February Challenge is and starting that.

                        Day 11 of Touch Your Toes is complete! I'm also on Day 17 of no alcohol. I'm taking my weight and measurements on Wednesdays, so it'll be a bit before I check in again with that.

                          Finished Day 12 of Touch Your Toes and Day 1 of Iron Will, today. Today is also Day 18 of no alcohol. If I can keep on track, I'll be done just in time for Valentine's Day, so yay!

                                Thanks guys! Sorry I've been kinda MIA lately....Today I finished Day 2 of the August monthly challenge, so yay for doing something! I'm officially 30 now, so moving is going to be more difficult in my old age, eh?
