Today I attempted the daily dare of 60s climber taps, day 4 of the Better Arms challenge, and I did 3 sets of the Valhalla workout. I modified the Valhalla workout a bit, though. I did regular lunges and squats and just did 10 pushups each time. My thighs were still screaming at me, so it was definitely still a good workout.
Thanks! Figured I'd try to start posting again. I'm still caught up on Better Arms and I'm thinking of starting the Back & Core program. The good people at my chiropractor's office say that I need to work on my core, but they're a little specific about how to reduce pressure on my spine. For example no twisting exercises or sit-ups, probably going to modify crunches.
