So, I'm giving the Foundation Program a try. Today will be Day 3 of it. It's going well so far. I even got my husband to do a set of Day 2 with me yesterday.
I've also recently started doing some CrossFit at a local gym. I'm not too good at it yet, but I'm trying! I only go a couple times a week, but I figure it's something.
I also got a Shiba Inu puppy (she's about 18 weeks old now, I think), so going out with her should help as well.
