      Congrats on your record! I can't imagine running 238 km in a month. I just ran 266 km in total since January 1st this year.

          NancyTree Yeah, it feels strange to have run over 200km in a month, when at the beginning of last year I was struggling to hit 50km (and constantly injured).

          My ultra will be September 19 or 20 (waiting to see what the weather is like). My race was supposed to be on the 19th, so I'm hoping to run it then.
