      Yesterday was a bad day. I was still very tired, even a bit exhausted. In the afternoon I got what I already feared. The migraine attack was not heavy but forced me down. So I ended up with 350 punches I did in the morning. I just made a quick dinner and went to bed early.

      Long story short
      350 mixed punches

      Have a nice day, bees! Weekend is coming closer.

          Lyra_H_W Thank you. <3 I really hate this disease. It destroys so many plans, great moments or possible 'adventures'.
          It's better today but I'm still very tired. Which means I'll be like a hyperactive bouncing ball tomorrow. (It's always like that) Ye-haw...

            January 24

            Another day without workout. But I was not completely off. I did 150 punches as a wake up in the morning. It felt pretty good. At least a bit for the dark side.
            In the afternoon there was much to do. After work I decided not to take the bus and walked instead. I ended up with finishing all todo's without any kind of driving. Ok, in the end it was freezing cold but still nice.
            When I was back home I made a quick dinner for my son and me (hubby had to work till midnight, so only leftovers for him). After it I just wanted to relax a few minutes with my couch and evening news... Sweet darkness... Silence... Peace... When I woke up it was definitely too late to do anything.

            Long story short

            walking tour through half of the town

            Holy cow, weekend is so close. And the Battlegournd is closing, soon. Time to get back to fighting for some dark chocolate cake!

              Yup, I'm still alive. It seems I totally forgot to mention it was trade fair time again. And beeing on a trade fair is usually like this: Getting up early, working the whole day, coming home late and falling asleep immediately. Eating is sometimes optional. So, there war nearly no training during the last week.
              I started to get back to my routines yesterday. It was much better than expected. Not only that everything worked well (and there is no muscle soreness today) my husband joined training, too. It's definitely more fun to do it together.

                  Cjell They are. Especially when you are alone most of the time because your boss loves to walk around there... But I really like this part of my job. It's much better than sitting in the office.

                  After two days of break - family time was necessary - I didn't do much yesterday. Our car needs some repairs. So my husband and I decided to bring it to the workshop together and walk home. It was fun and we really enjoyed it. Therefore we chose a longer route to spend a bit more time together. No workout this day because we were already late with preparing dinner.

                    Back to routine! Yesterday was quit nice. Nothing special but nice. My husband still joins my training. I hope he'll continue this even when his holidays are over. We didn't care too much about the exercises and just had fun with them. But... my darling is such a cheater! While touching his toes he just raised up his toes to reach them. For today we hope weather won't be too bad. We want to spend some time in the nearby forest. And as soon as ice has gone we'll continue our bokken training.

                        Cjell Thank you. I'm glad that I really like my routines most of the time. It makes exercising much easier. And for the bad days... I have some strategies or simply a mirror in my bedroom. ^^

                        February 08 to 10

                        The whole weekend, including Friday was less filled with darebee but instead of fitness training we did some other stuff. Starting with a 10km walk on Friday my hubby and I tried to be on the move as much as possible. Not easy with such a stormy and rainy weather. But we were lucky, there was a trade fair on Sunday, wich made indoor moving easy. For my personal goals I added some march steps on Saturday and did a few jumping jacks yesterday.
                        Today and tomorrow are family evenings, so there won't be much time to exercise. But I'll try to do at least a bit. Need to move my ass. ^^

                              Cjell This is quite a good improvement of Mondays! I think I need something similar here. But our gym is just crowded with idiots... So far...

                                Finding a small amount of time enables you to at least do something, which is always better than nothing. Have you had a look at Epic 5 for some workouts or just pick a workout from the directory and just do it at level 1 so it is done quicker.
