Congrats on your test results and glasses and to your knees! (At least your upper body can now bask in your undivided attention )

          Congrats on the test results!
And your eyes compensating each others weaknesses sounds like a nice thing.

And ... it is a good and mindful plan to stick with upper body work to let the knee really heal before doing any further fancy stuff which might aggravate things and shift your recovery weeks or months into the future.
All the best to you !

okay, let's show you, what I am actually doing...
It's 3 exercises each day, for the upper body days... and for the days that will be leg days, I am doing abs and light leg work, mainly moving and mobility stuff...
so the week looks like this:

            push-pull-legs/abs(and some kickboxing stuff)-push-pull-legs/abs(and some kickboxing stuff)-rest/yoga

so, what am I doing each day?

            day 1
10 min EMOM close grip push-ups
            10 min EMOM push-ups
            5 min EMOM power push-ups

            day 2
            10 min EMOM pull-ups
            10 min EMOM chin-ups
5 min EMOM close grip pull-ups

            day 3
            legs/abs/kickboxing

            day 4
            10 min EMOM dips
            10 min EMOM overhead press
            5 min EMOM bench/french press

            day 5
            10 min EMOM renegade row
            10 min EMOM gorilla row
            5 min EMOM ring rows

            day 6
            legs/abs/kickboxing

            day 7
            rest/yoga

That program seems real good! Is the kickboxing part usually the last thing on your days 3 and 6 (also, is this kickboxing in sense of cardio or contact kickboxing?), just wondering because i prefer to do contact martial arts before lifting or when doing for conditioning, after the main lifts sorry if i rambled a little, just curious anyhow keep on it, stay safe and strong and have a good day

Kickboxing is usually kickboxing class with sparring. But not at the moment, due to the problems with my knee and due to scheduling problems.
Kickboxing class usually was on Wednesday and Thursday, at the moment it is only on Thursdays and on Thursdays, I also train my Handball team, so no time for kickboxing class at the moment.
So kickboxing means now, training at home, keeping the technique and punching on my bag for some time...

Usually I have done it seperately, on different times of the day. like, lifting during the day and in the evening kickboxing.

                I hope this makes sense...
