        Daily Dare (#248) no EC because i just added to the side kicks in the first 3 sets of Workout of the Day: Cutting Edge Level III +EC
        I also did additional punches against cancer.

        Time including 1-minute rests: 30 minutes

        ​Yoga with Bird: 10-Minute Morning Yoga Total Body Stretch
        This felt nice beneath the ceiling fan after working up a sweat kicking and punching!


        Evening
        Wobble Board: 12 minutes


        TOTAL TIME: 52 minutes

                  This week felt really good. I feel like i settled into a rhythm with my workouts; i averaged 57 minutes of exercise activity a day; and i hit most of my goals!
