        A combination of busy days, allergies, a sore shoulder, and a general ennui (which I always succumb to at this time of year due to the long, hot summer) just got to me. I lost my streak, but that is okay​​​​​​. Since 28 March I have missed only 4 days. I have worked out 153/157 days, and I feel good about that!

          Congrats on completing Power Grip, IronBorn, Combat HIIT and 30 Days of Yoga! You've been busy the last few days! And 153 days out of 157 is certainly something to be proud of, especially in the heat of summer.

                      1》 My parents ~I was blessed to have a good and loving mother and father

                      3》 My daughter came to me in the middle of the night when she was upset; this was the second time in the past couple of weeks, and it is a major breakthrough for her, because in the past she isolated herself when she was hurting. I am so grateful for the progress she is making.

                            sleep_twitch, thank you; I like it.
                            I needed something streamlined for right now. The first 3 things take about 3 minutes, and I don't have to think about them at all. The yoga videos are mostly 15-20 minutes, then another 5-10 minutes for meditation and gratitude. If I don't have time to do anything else in between, i still feel like I have begun my day well.

                                I like the FightMasters Yoga channel it has 15-20-30 min 30-day challenges even a 90min one I believe. Currently I am just throwing in random classes from Cat Meffan, Sarah Beth and others. Some teachers put in a lot of fluff talke before the exercise begins I try to avoid these.
