          I borrowed MissMolly's idea and did Reverse Lunges with step-ups in 2 sets of 20.

          ▪50 Push-Ups Challenge: day 27

          Spending the day cleaning and decorating for a very special Christmas Eve: my son will be proposing to his sweet girlfriend in front of our Christmas Tree tonight!

              I pretty much took the 12 Days of Christmas off in terms of working out; that was not my intention, but what's done is done. I am back on track now.
              I plan to finish up the 50 Push-Ups Challenge and Foundation this week. I am not sure what I will do next. I want to get back to my daily walks; it seems my unplanned extended Christmas rest was beneficial for my knee, so that is a good thing.

              I also need to get my diet back under control. I am still about 60 pounds overweight. My son's wedding date is 25 November, which is 46 weeks. If I can average a 1 pound loss per week, that would bring me right to the top end of healthy/normal weight range.
