                      As I am only doing Basic Burpees with no push-ups or jumps, i have decided to do 2 for every snowball dodged.

                          did regular climbers & plank leg raises rather than incline; this is the first time I have modified up!
                          ▪Foundation: day 20; level I
                          I do not enjoy the Stretching days in Foundation. I prefer long, slow stretches, but doing that number of reps long and slow would take forever! I did the first 2 sets with 16 reps as written, but for the 3rd set I just held each stretch for a slow 20-count and called it done!
