                Today should have been my 60th consecutive day working out, except that I did absolutely nothing yesterday. I had both of my grandboys with me all day, and i just never found time or space for a workout. Also, I have not kept up with the Water Challenge for the past few days, so I am restarting that today as well.

                  You’re doing great! Even if you haven’t kept up with the water challenge, I don’t think you should restart; unless you really want to and/or you just started it. My opinion, so take it for what it’s worth

                  As far as not working out, I don’t believe you! I’ve seen how much my kids make their grandma work, I bet your grandboys did too!

                    The reason I decided to restart the water challenge is that i really want the consistency of 30-days-in-a-row. I am a pretty good water drinker already, but when the Texas heat finally subsides around this time of year i don't feel thirsty, and i just forget. I am trying to use the challenge as a reminder.

                    And. . . I didn't do it yesterday either!

                      When I started my water challenge, I got this spiffy water bottle and it really helped me out! Unfortunately, time and kids have lost some of my counters, it's still my go to!
