      done at a much slower pace than the video
      ▪Advent Calendar: day1
      Modified to Step Jacks, but all 100 done in one go.
      ▪50 Push-Ups Challenge: day12
      ▪Fit Christmas: day 1; level III
      Did Step Jacks for Jumping Jacks, and March Steps for High Knees.

      I also began the
      Water Challenge today.

                  done in one go
                  ▪50 Push-Ups Challenge: day 13
                  incline, done on 4th step
                  ▪Fit Christmas: day 2; level I
                  modified lunges: 1/2 with front foot raised & 1/2 split squats (as suggested by twinkletoes a while back; thanks!) and push-ups done as wall push-ups

                            ▪Advent Calendar: day 3
                            2 minutes High Knees modified to March Steps
                            ▪50 Push-Ups Challenge: day 14
                            incline, done on 4th step
                            ▪Fit Christmas: day 3
                            ▪Christmas Tree: 125 Flutter Kicks
                            I did the 200 Side Leg Raises for Fit Christmas and the 125 Flutter Kicks together in 5 sets: 40 slr + 25 fk with no rest other than for quick sips of water.

                            Midday
                            ▪WOD Biceps & Triceps Light

                            Afternoon
                            ▪leisurely hike with hubs, daughter, and grandson
                            didn't pay attention to distance or time

                            ▪Water Challenge: day 3 completed

                              Morning
                              ▪50 Push-Ups Challenge: day 15
                              I have made it to the halfway point!
                              ▪Foundation: day 11; level III
                              ▪Christmas Tree: 125 Flutter Kicks (250/1000)
                              done in 6 sets between Foundation sets
                              ▪Advent Calendar: day 4
                              done in one go; although I don't know that I maintained very good form

                              Evening
                              ▪Advent Calendar: day 5
                              done in 90 seconds & 30 seconds
                              ▪Took a walk around the neighbourhood with my grandson, looking at Christmas lights.

                              ▪Water Challenge: day 4 completed
