▪Athena's Playbook: day 20 I was unable to "keep the plank throughout the sequence" ~had to rest between 3rd & 4th and could not do the Side Elbow Plank at all, so i did a couple of level I ab workouts as well:

▪1-Minute Yoga Challenge: day 5 ~sort of, because of my wonky knee I had to do the pose raised up on my knees rather than sitting back on my heels, and I couldn't get my hands all the way down to the mat either; I pretty much did what is shown from 2:18-2:25 in this video.
I think it is just a variation of Camel pose, so if you did Camel / almost-camel, you are good By the way, I have to put a cushion between buttocks and legs/feet when doing seated poses like that one, to protect my right knee. Don't know if that is appropriate for your own knee, but thought I'd share.
