      Afternoon
      ​▪Kicks & Punches Challenge: days 21 & 22
      I am now caught up on this challenge!
      (Even though it looks as though i am ahead.) That is because i doubled up on the days with the same number of reps, skipping days 15, 16, 19, and 20, which i will do on the 19th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd.


      ▪Athena's Playbook: day 8; level I
      I am back on track with my program as well!
      My plan is to do it Mondays through Fridays, which leaves Saturdays & Sundays for hiking & yoga. This way i should finish on 17 November. That gives me 6 weeks left in 2017 for one more program.

              ▪3.08 mile walk
              Knee Workout: 1 set

              I am having some issues with my right knee, and doing my walk at the end of my workout rather than first thing was not a good idea. My knee was very stiff and sore, and my pace was quite slow. My knee did limber up as i walked, so my last half mile was nearly at my normal pace. The Knee Workout helped; i only had time to do 1 set, but i hope to do it again later today. I think that i will do it daily for a while as well.

                    DD + EC

                    Very late night
                    We were gone all day for an out-of-town wedding, and my daughter, son-in-law, and grandsons are spending the night with us. I was too tired and didn't really have space to do the last 150 kicks for the challenge; instead, i did:
                    ▪1/2 of day 20 (150 punches)

                    Tomorrow, i will finish up both.
