                  °full body extensions for jumps at end of burpees
                  °step jacks for jumping jacks

                  wall push-ups substituted for regular push-ups

                  done in one go, but modified to step jacks, so not going to claim ec

                          ▪2.62 mile walk

                          i anticipated having to modify the plank rotations, but i did not have to! My form probably sucked, but i was able to do all 7 sets of 3×4.
