            I am still struggling with mood and energy, but the heat seems to have finally broken for the season, and allergies are improving somewhat.

            A PLAN FOR THIS WEEK
            I want to do the following 3 things each day:

            Pick October'sDaily Cardio Challenge back up, beginning at day 7
            Walk 1 mile
            Do 1 Mobility Workout

                        It’s a little better for allergies up here, too. I struggle with Fall, too. The good things contend with the “dead and dying” things in my head🥴😖. Should get progressively better toward…Spring?
