          I have wanted to learn bellydance for so long (like, decades!) but have never been able to take actual live classes. I have searched YouTube off and on over the past few years without much success, until i recently found this channel. I am currently working my way through her BellyDance for Beginners (Women 50+) series and LOVING it!
          Just watched her introduction. I will definitely be checking her out. I love her story and her attitude about why she is teaching.
          Another resource for you if you haven't already seen it is Datura Online. It's got a monthly charge but unlimited access to videos. The instructors are some of the top ones in the bellydance community. Plus, some yoga videos, and dance based fitness. I very much enjoy that site and use it when I know I have a month where I want to dedicate time to doing it regularly to justify the fee

              We don't get much autumn "sweater weather" around here. For the first two weeks of this month we had daily high temps in the low 90s (30sC) with overnight lows in the 70s (20sC). Last night a much anticipated cold front blew in, dropping the highs by about 20 degrees and the lows about 25.
              But can I get a t-shirt like that?
              Isn't it great?

              Short Walk: .91 mile finally, lower temperature, humidity, and pollen count made for a very pleasant experience!

                I find Fall to be difficult in a number of ways, and at the opposite end, it’s my favorite season. So, I totally get any allergy and depression issues you may be experiencing. Even up here, where it’s not as warm, but certainly the weather is abnormally weird with global warming…. What’s next, I tend to ask myself….
