SEPTEMBER PLAN
PRIMARY EXERCISE
September Challenge: Daily Squats
Program: Arms of Steel finishing up with the 5 days that are different from the Chair Edition before i claim the badge. I plan to do this on Saturdays.
Program: 30 More Days of Yoga in the evenings. I will not be doing the longer meditation sessions every third day, but instead shorter sessions each evening to reach the same total minutes (265) at the end.
Personal DareBEE Workouts Challenge: Currently working my way through difficulty 2/easy workouts (and difficulty 1/light workouts when new ones are released), aiming for 3 per week.
Sundays Fun Days: Belly Dance
OTHER STUFF
Daily Dares: when i can
Wobble Board: when i remember
Tai Chi/Qigong: hoping to get back to it
Rec Center (elliptical or bike): maybe
Walks: if/when it cools off later in the month
