          Now that our vacation and the Olympics are over, i am thinking about my plans for the rest of August.
          My husband has decided that he wants to learn Tai Chi, so we will be working through this How to Learn 8 Form Tai Chi series together. We will be doing this in the evenings, since i wake up several hours before he does. In the mornings i will be doing 21 Days of Qigong for Beginners. Also, since i watch TV/Netflix/whatever almost every night, i am going to try to do Arms of Steel Chair Edition and a few minutes on my Wobble Board while watching.

          Early Morning
          Deep Breathing and Hug
          Qigong
          Mobility Workout
          Daily Dare when able

          Main Workout during the day
          Re:Center Challenge
          Easy Workout (M-F); Dumbbell Workout (Saturday)

          Evening w/hubs
          Tai Chi

          While watching TV
          Arms of Steel Chair Edition (M-F)
          Wobble Board

          Before Bed
          Yoga
          Deep Breathing and Hug
          Bed at a reasonable time

                  I actually prefer the winter games, especially figure skating. I really hope covid isn't going to mess that up. During the Olympics covid cases in Tokyo rose at a sharp spike... I didn't even bother with the Olympics. the only reason I know "our national results" (I really had nothing to do with it) is because the two gold medals and one bronze medal belong to people from my city and the banners are everywhere. I did take interest in taekwondo but that's the only one, though Judo is great to watch to.

                    I just love your posts and your little things of gratitude. I don't know why, but they always bring a smile to my face and remind me I should be grateful for more things, myself.
                    And that Tai Chi series looks interesting, if I would be more patient, I even might try it out. Maybe I just wait to read what you thought of it. Hope you and your husband have fun doing them.
