                        day 117

                        Left the house at 230 a.m. for the airport
                        Walked about 3/4 mile from parking lot to terminal with backpack.

                        During a 3+ hour layover in Denver airport
                        Walked the C concourse a couple of times.
                        Did a lot of stretching, including: Airplane, Neck & Shoulders, and Footwork.

                        Canyon hikes
                        Small town strolls

                        Continuing Self-Care
                        ​​​ Deep Breathing Meditation and Hug day 105-109
                        ​​ Gratitude: cool nights and mornings, mountain views, a deer bounding across the road right in front of me while on a walk, great conversations, watching Casablanca on the flight home
                        ​​ Victories: stargazing, family time, reading, no tv, remembered to put on sunscreen

                          I did not get on my computer at all the entire time we were gone. I am hoping to get caught up on everybody's threads over the weekend.

                                TWO NAPS?! How the heck did you manage THAT?!
                                Well, DorothyMH, i didn't do much else! Woke up; did meditation and minimal workout and read for a bit; took a morning nap; woke up and got dressed; went out for ice cream for daughter's birthday; came home and ate lunch; took an afternoon nap. (Apparently, i was quite tired.)
