Easy Workout #26: Max Impact level III I didn't really feel like doing the workout, but i decided to do it while watching Ledecky swim for gold in the 1500m. I figured if she could do that after everything else she'd done earlier today and over the last few days, then i could do this! Subbed step jacks for jumpingTs and wall pushups for regular.

Victory: 100 days of Deep Breathing Meditation and Hugs I try to begin and end each day with these two things, even if it's just a few breaths and a quick hug. It doesn't always happen, but for the past 100 days i have managed to do it at least once a day.
