                              SUNDAY 27 JUNE 2021 ~ My 58th Birthday!

                              I wanted to do a birthday workout as Rainbow Dragon and Norma had done. I didn't plan ahead, so i wasn't able to come up with 58 different exercises. I just did what i felt like doing, and i enjoyed it.

                              Morning
                              30 Day Restorative Yoga with Bird day 30 The title is "Gentle Yoga for Self Love & Confidence" so i really wanted to begin my special day with it!
                              Then, some of my favourite stretches:

                              58 micro chest expansions
                              58 shoulder rolls
                              58 torso rotations (twists)
                              58 hip rotations
                              58 single leg hip rotations
                              58 ankle rotations
                              58 alternating foot flex/point
                              58 seconds forward fold/toe touch
                              58 seconds shoulder blade stretch (arms behind back)
                              58 seconds tricep stretch left; 58 seconds tricep stretch right

                              Midday
                              Combat workout
                              6 sets of 27 each:
                              knee strikes
                              elbow strikes
                              front kicks
                              back fists
                              side kicks
                              hooks

                              Evening
                              30 Day Restorative Yoga with Bird day 27

                              Continuing Self-Care
                              Daily Victory: another year older (and, i hope, wiser) (and NOT deeper in debt!)
                              Daily Gratitude: being alive!
