          My husband and brother-in-law went to Dallas to visit their Dad now that everyone is vaccinated, and my granddaughter stayed with her Mama, so it was just my youngest and i at home: two introverts with no outside commitments for a day-and-a-half!

                  Walk! 2.21 miles Between bad allergy days, too hot and sticky days, and had to leave the house too early days, there have been no walks for 13 days! I need to remind myself AGAIN how important daily morning walks are to my mental health, even if i have to keep them short some days!

                                Easy Workout #16: Epic Quest level III substituted various pelvic floor safe exercises for sit ups

                                A lot of stretching
