    Workout #190: Explorer level III +EC did level mega-sets w/1-min rest between
    Daily Dare #288 4 sets of 20, alternating sides not claiming EC, because i held onto chair/wall (as lightly as possible) for balance

          Morning
          ​ Walk
          Unable to take my walk, because i had to be at my daughter's apartment about 5 to watch my granddaughter while daughter left to catch a flight to Arizona to visit a friend over the long weekend. Just as well, because the temp & humidity were even worse than yesterday. After my daughter left, i got to *snuggle up with my g'daughter until we both fell back asleep. When she woke up, we did our usual morning routine, then she watched a show on Netflix while i did:
          Daily Push-Ups Challenge day 18: first 10 of 40 wall pushups
          Daily Dare #289 no EC, because i modified to kneeling rather than plank position
          Workout #191: 30-Minute Walk with g'daughter randomly joining me for march steps
          Second 10/40 wall pushups

          Midday after my son-in-law got off work and took over child care duties, and i came home
          Meditation
          i usually do my deep breathing/meditation to nature sounds, but i heard this on the radio; the title and the music both suited my mood, so i looked it up when i got home


          Afternoon
          Rotator Cuff
          Third 10/40 wall pushups
          5-Minute Yoga for Shoulder Flexibility and Pain Relief
          Fourth 10/40 wall pushups

          Evening
          Evening Yoga Movement from Yoga with Kassandra day 28
          Meditation and Hug
          Bed on Time day 20

          Continuing Self-Care
          ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Meditation and Hug day 40 *substituted sleepy granddaughter snuggles for self-hug in the morning
          Today's Victory: youngest daughter finally has her adult learner's permit; a month of practice and she will take her driving test for her license
          Today's Gratitude: a long weekend and an early payday

              Walk: 4.14 miles We had a pretty big storm last night, which meant fresh, rain-cooled air this morning; it was still humid, but cooler and with a nice breeze.
              Meditation and Hug
              Daily Dare #290 +EC #236
              Universal Warmup
              Rotator Cuff
              Daily Push-Ups Challenge day 19: 13 wall pushups x3 sets
              5-Minute Yoga for Neck and Shoulders
              Workout #192: Team Zombie level I plank arm raises were done from a kneeling (tabletop) position instead, and plank hold was done on an incline (3rd step)
              Full Body Stretch
              I just wanted to walk and stretch a lot this morning! I got everything done having the main part of the house to myself; brother-in-law was at work; husband and daughter (night owls) were sleeping in. It was lovely and relaxing!

                      Today's Victory: 18 weeks ago i challenged myself to finish all of the DareBee difficulty 1 (light) no equipment workouts by my DareBee anniversary, which is in a week. As of today there are 195* such workouts in the database, and i have done each of them to the best of my ability!
                      Today's Gratitude: curbside at my grocers

                      *Of course, as soon as i go to post this i see that they have added 2 more!

                              DorothyMH, thank you! I did them this morning. I was thinking about repeating the yoga series this month, because i liked it so much. I think i am going to try a restorative series with Bird instead.
