    Thank you, daejamurrachan, CODawn, Gandhalfit, and Colin!

    It was a little stiff (mildly swollen?) this morning, but no pain. I have been wearing my compression sleeve since getting up. I waited until midday to attempt any exercise, and did have been very careful and gentle with it.

        >substituted quick calf raises for hops, keeping my knees soft
        Challenge: Punches & Squats days 5 & 6
        >squats done during rests before, between, and after sets of punches: 15-15-15-15, didn't seem to bother my knee at all
        Workout #27: Piece of Cake Level I +EC
        >knee popped/clicked a couple times during knee rolls but never hurt, actually felt a bit better afterward, but i kept it to level I just to be safe

        Time including rests: 17 minutes


        Late Afternoon

        >upper body, so no worries about knee

        Time including rests: 15 minutes

        >They were all pretty similar and felt nice and relaxing, and YouTube was on auto-play, so i just kept going. No knee issues; i already avoid sitting back directly on my heels because it hurts my knees anyway, and i didn't do any knee-to-chest hugging and kept my foot on the floor for reclined pigeon just to be safe.

        Time: 21 minutes


        TOTAL TIME: 53 minutes
