    5: walked 4.36 miles (tripped and fell HARD .5 mile in, but kept going!)

    WOD: Back & Core Workout; level 1 (skipped cat cow because of banged up knee)
    ~Day 1 of consecutive workout days

    7: walked 5.06 miles
    Foundation Light; level 1; day 1

    8: walked 5.06 miles
    Foundation Light; level 1; day 2

    9: walked 2.28 miles
    Foundation Light; level1; days 3 & 4
    45 minutes in the pool treading water + .5 mile walk to & from pool pushing stroller

    10: Foundation Light; level 1; days 5 & 6
    Abs Anywhere Workout
    65 minutes treading water (+ walk to & from)

                  ~i really felt it in my shoulders/upper arms today; i hope that means they will be getting stronger!

                      Way to go, Mamatigerj! Seeing as you are doing two days of Foundation Light why not try for Level 2 instead?

                        I am only doing 2-a-days to get caught up so my days & dates match, and only when one of the days is either stretching or flutter kicks spread throughout the day. A couple of the workouts i could just barely complete level 1!
                        I should be caught up tomorrow, doing day 15 (strength) & 16 (stretching). I plan to repeat F.L. at level 2 for July. Old & obese = slow & steady.
