Wednesday, July 28 - Rainbow's Consecutive Days of Fitness Day 462
running: 6K in 38:06 - in town - ugh! hot and tired
push/pull/press/plank: 19 minutes - handstand push-ups, The Balancing Act: Crow Pose (avec beaucoup de "crow push-ups". These are so not fun. And I still cannot do them. But the attempt is helping me to get my arms a bit straighter. So there's that.)
yoga: 38 minutes - Yoga with Tim - 2019 30 Day Yoga Challenge - Day 6
Thursday, July 29 - Rainbow's Consecutive Days of Fitness Day 463
running: too hot + 100% humiity = day off
push/pull/press/plank: took my father to an appointment with his physician = ~ 10 minutes of pushing a heavy guy in a heavy electric wheelchair. (The chair has powered attendant controls now. But the attendant joystick is hypersensitive. I find it much easier to simply push the chair in tight indoor spaces, and safer to push it in traffic.)
Here is a video about a bird remarkable not so much for its looks (although I think these birds are visually striking too, in their own way) but its sounds:
The variety of adaptations life has developed for surviving and thriving on planet Earth is truly remarkable!
Friday, July 30 - Rainbow's Consecutive Days of Fitness Day 464
running: 6K in 37:28 - in town
push/pull/press/plank: 4 minutes - handstand push-ups and some attempts at pressing
yoga: ran out of time to do any yoga. I need a couple more hours in each day. Anyone know how to arrange that? (Without leaving the planet. I'm pretty attached to life on Earth.)
