                      Rainbow Dragon Hoo ya We have the same birthday! Happy belated birthday. I know It's a little late and I don't fully understand how every it works but are there any workouts left that need to be knocked out for your birthday celebration?

                        Hi BlueAkbom ! Happy Birthday, and welcome to the Hive!

                        Every year on my birthday I do a workout which is X reps or seconds of X different exercises, where X = my current age. So this year the workout was 50 reps/seconds of 50 different exercises. I invited people to choose the exercises I would do this year, and then to do them with me. All of the exercises have already been chosen at this point (since I completed the workout yesterday). But you are still more than welcome to join in by doing 50 reps or seconds of any exercises on the list that interest you.
