        Done 50 punches! Happy Rainbow day!

        I also did 50 knees push ups, but as part of another program so not sure if you want to count them.
        And 50 squats and 50 calf raises, again as part of another program and not special for you.
        Your choice!

          If I'm right there are not much ab exercises yet in your list. Is it okay to add 50 heel taps?

                  Guys: my 79-year-old mother just completed half of my 50x50 workout with me!

                  First we started out with a bunch of exercises we do together regularly. Then I went through the list of all of your suggestions, and we did the ones she could do (in a similar amount of time--sometimes her modifications make an exercise significantly faster or slower than the standard form, so we stayed away from those types of exercises today).

                  When my mother thought she was done, I told her she had completed 23 exercises--almost half of the total. She immediately said, "You'll have to find two more for me then."

                  So we added the side jacks. Plus, she decided she wanted to do push-ups. I had already done mine as I do standard push-ups, which makes them one of the hardest exercises for me. So I wanted to get them done early. My mother does hers inclined against our dining room table, which enables her to complete a high volume much faster than I can. (Hence the reason why I did mine on my own.) So she did 50 incline push-ups on her own to make her total up to 25 exercises!

                  I have created a monster! Way to go Norma !

                      The workout spreadsheet is starting to look so bright and colourful! I love it!

                      I know there are more names that still need to be added and bolded (all of daejamurrachan 's stuff, for starters!). But I need to head out to Rondeau for my run and hike now, while I still have daylight. I will check in again when I return.
