                Happy Rainbow Workout Day! and for my part, i took the attitude of how would i do this if we met for coffee on Monday and worked out together today? with that in mind, i didn't do the things added after i printed the list; and i didn't do the things that i can't do physically (run 5k, crow pose and full bridge) or don't have equipment to do (pull-up bar). i also didn't do the cat/cows; i wouldn't be able to do them mindfully 50 times without eventually rushing through them and getting very sloppy. i did crunches on my bosu ball since i don't have a swiss ball; and i will cover 5k worth of ground walking the dogs (still working out that running thing). and as for shoulder rolls and 1 legged stands - it's early; i may yet get them done.

                perhaps i should have an early retirement goal of being able to travel to visit active friends on their birthdays so that i can invite myself to their birthday adventures. that could be fun. and considering the friends here who do not hate have couch surfers, it could be a way to see the world.

                      daejamurrachan Wow! You are on the ball to get so much done, and so early too! I will have to add a new column to my spreadsheet, just for you!

                      Speaking of which: I have been going through my 50x50 spreadsheet and bolding entries as I get them finished and as you all tell me you've got yours done. If you've done yours and I haven't bolded it yet, please give me a poke. Alternatively: you can now edit the spreadsheet yourself to brighten up your own cell(s) when you've completed your work. I am looking forward to seeing the spreadsheet turn into a bright beautiful rainbow!

                          Pre-breakfast workout:

                          Warm-up: 50 jumping jacks
                          5 burpees EMOM for 10 minutes
                          5 push-ups EMOM for 10 minutes
                          25 mountain climbers EMOM for 2 minutes
                          5 x 5 band-assisted pull-ups (using my thickest band, and mostly parallel grip today, since that is easiest for me, and today is high volume)

                          I've just finished breakfast now. It's time to workout with my mother. So the next set will be whatever exercises are on the list that she can do.
