    Rainbow Dragon's Dares

    In the past, I used to log my fitness activities on Fitocracy.
    My watch auto-logs my running, nature hikes, and SUP adventures on Garmin Connect.
    I also maintain a Google Doc which summarizes my weekly workout schedule as well as some other activities.
    This thread is, however, my most detailed and complete fitness log.

          Thank you MissMolly . I have not used that app, no. It looks like a great app. But I don't have a smart phone.

          I have 100s of hours of content from Cody, plus 5 Shiva Rea DVDs (each of which contains multiple workouts), Kino MacGregor's Ashtanga Yoga Primary, Intermediate, & Third Series DVDs, 15 BodyFlow workouts (I taught BodyFlow for 3 years) and a few programs from Bad Yogi, Yoga With Adriene, and DoYouYoga (from the time before it was a subscription service, when one could purchase individual programs outright). I'm a bit of a yoga junkie! I like to do the same class multiple times so I can see how I'm progressing with the material. So I don't think I'll be running out of content anytime soon. 😀

                He was camped out in the middle of the road but thought better of that location when he saw me coming and climbed up a tree to get out of my way.

                            I hope you'll enjoy the challenge! I had to drop out of it for the time being (right now I have no technical possibility of doing workouts with videos), but I am sure others will guide you if needed

                              Thanks inbetween . I haven't worked with Erin in a while, but I like her videos and have not done most of these ones before, So I decided to hop in with the gang here on this challenge as an add on to my regular yoga practice. I'm sorry for your technical woes. (I typically do 2+ hours of yoga videos every day. I could do a self-guided practice if push came to shove, but I'd feel pretty cut off without my vids.)
