            Another week has begun!

            I did the Maze workout (lvl 2 w/ EC) for combat day. Also did Easy Abs and Easy Cardio day 8 and the Daily Dare with EC ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ

              Okay, gang hereโ€™s the sitch:

              Last week was tough with double shifts and extra school work, so after Monday I just did Easy Abs and Easy Cardio.

              This morning I got back with the program and did Combat Light Workout, Easy Abs and Easy Cardio day 15, and the Daily Dare with EC ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ

                Hi, everyone!

                Last week was wild. I did Easy Abs and Easy Cardio every day. On Wednesday I did Close Contact Express for HIIT day and Thursday I did Dexterity for strength. I skipped combat day on Saturday ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

                Today I did Easy Abs and Easy Cardio day 22 and Office Boxer workout.

                  Okay, everyone . . . So I finished Easy Abs and Easy Cardio, but since then I have not worked out ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. Work and life has been so busy and hectic, but Iโ€™m back at it.

                  today (Tuesday) I did the daily dare. Iโ€™ll try to get a workout in tomorrow.

                              Iโ€™ve been doing dance workouts three days a week these past few weeks. I was trying to see if thatโ€™s something I can sustain for a while. Trying new things is fun!
