          Okay so I’ll be honest: I slacked off this whole weekend 😩. So I did Days 28 and 29 of Zero Hero this morning. I’ll report back tomorrow. πŸ˜‚

            I finished Zero Hero on Tuesday and just went walking every day for the rest of last week. I did the Daily dare (with EC πŸ™ŒπŸΎ) this morning. I’ll try to get back into the groove this week πŸ™ƒ

                    So after doing Zero Hero I found I liked having a schedule of sorts, so I decided to choose a training plan to give me some structure but also flexibility. So I started following the Fighter training plan.

                    Monday: Combat. Did Ninja Princess workout and daily dare.
                    Tuesday: Casual Training. Did Knee Saver workout and Daily Dare (with EC πŸ™ŒπŸΎ)

                      Okay so here’s the past couple of days πŸ˜‚

                      Wednesday: HIIT day for fighter training plan. Did Free Spirit workout.
                      Thursday: Honestly, I had no motivation and was exhausted from work. Not an excuse, just the truth. But I did do the daily dare πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
                      Friday: casual training day. Went walking and did some leg raises
                      Saturday: Just finished doing the Sucker Punch workout. πŸ˜…

                        Today (Sunday) was casual training day again. I did dance workouts, starting with a Blogilates warm up and 3 videos. Then I did the Daily dare with EC and a standing abs Fitness Blender workout. Wrapped up with a dance cool down.

                            Thursday: Strength, did Supercharge workout

                              UPDATE: I finished the Daily Dare πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎ

                              Happy Monday! I’m feeling pretty great today.

                              Saturday was combat day and I did boxer arms and a mini dance workout. I’ll confess, I almost didn’t do a combat workout, but I forced myself to pull that out at the end of the day πŸ˜‚.

                              Sunday was rest or casual training day, and I chose rest πŸ˜‚.

                              This morning I did the Today I Will be Brave Workout (lvl 2) and also Easy Abs and Easy Cardio day 1 (I guess I will be overlapping these with next month’s challenges, but I’m sure it’ll be worth it!). I have done half of the daily dare; I will check in later to update in whether I finish it!

                                Tuesday is casual training and I actually did something today πŸ˜‚. I did the Walk it Out workout (level 2 with EC) as well as Easy Abs and Easy Cardio day 2. Lastly, I did th me Daily Dare with EC πŸ™ŒπŸΎ
