So here's the thing guys . . . I have been working out, but it hasn't been anything earth-shattering. What I mean is, when I don't feel like working out, I do a quick restorative or level 1 workout, or the Blogilates Cardio Ballet song challenge. And since I've been busy (and lazy!) I haven't felt like working out a lot lately. So, instead of writing out the same 3 workouts for the past couple of weeks that I haven'r posted, I'm just going to write my workout for today. I've decided to do the Blogilates October calendar to get me excited about working out again. Also, since it''s a new month, I'm setting a goal of posting my workouts AT LEAST every other day. Thanks for reading and I hope you have a great week!

    Sunday, 10/1
Blogilates October Calendar Day 1 (5 videos!)

      Monday, 10/2
      Blogilates October Calendar Day 2

      Tuesday, 10/3
      Blogilates October Calendar Day 3

Wow, it's pretty much been a year. Well, I'm back, and I'm ready to get back at it. I had joined a gym, and at first I was going 5 days a week. For the past month I haven't gone, until today. I'm slowly restarting my exercise routine, starting with just trying to exercise a little each day. Tomorrow I start Foundation, and also the Blogilates 30 day flat abs challenge. I like the programs because it allows me to have something to complete. Thanks to those of you who followed me last year. Now I'm back and ready to start over.

Thanks for reading! Have a great night!

          Welcome back!

            So here's an update:

In October, I ended up just working out 2 days a week, on the weekends at the gym. I was feeling depressed and had low motivation because of a breakup (uggghhhh emotions). But now I am feeling much better and I have decided to start out small, just making sure I do some type of movement / exercise per day. I'm still doing my weekly Mixxedfit class (great dance fitness class for anyone who hasn't been! I can't recommend it enough!), and I've been doing the Blogilates #100SquatChallenge.

If any one has any ideas for staying motivated, or some fun workouts / programs / challenges, please feel welcome to throw them down here!

Uggghhh. So I know Iโ€™m not the only one who has had a hard year. I worked out like once last month and that was pretty much it. Iโ€™m trying to start back up again, especially since Iโ€™ve felt so blah lately. Working out does make me feel better, but I have to get myself motivated.
