So here's the thing guys . . . I have been working out, but it hasn't been anything earth-shattering. What I mean is, when I don't feel like working out, I do a quick restorative or level 1 workout, or the Blogilates Cardio Ballet song challenge. And since I've been busy (and lazy!) I haven't felt like working out a lot lately. So, instead of writing out the same 3 workouts for the past couple of weeks that I haven'r posted, I'm just going to write my workout for today. I've decided to do the Blogilates October calendar to get me excited about working out again. Also, since it''s a new month, I'm setting a goal of posting my workouts AT LEAST every other day.
