When my daughter turned 18, she and I designed matching/complementary tattoos and had them done on our opposite upper arms. I was 40 at the time. We were “landmarking” the fact that we had not killed each other over 18 years!! No one else on the planet has these marks on their bodies. It’s still the only one I have, although I had planned for another one with her, it’s never happened. She’s got a body full of them. She’s 35 now!!

It has gotten so hot it makes it hard for me to want to get out and run...i have to wait until late in the evening for it to be
feasible. Luckily last night a random rain cloud came over and though it brought no rain, it did bring in some nice breezes

Can you run in early AM, before it heats up?

https://darebee.com/programs/30-days...wall=&start=14 - done as a stretch after my run. I had to adjust the whatever the move is where you hold yourself close to the ground, no sir...i did a variation of cobra pose where I lifted up the front of my body halfway, keeping my arms bent, instead of arms straight. I added a couple of more poses after the workout was complete. (Butterfly, happy baby, etc)

Chaturanga was the move i was supposed to do, but I cant hold that pose. So i basically did the same thing, but my lower body/belly was touching the ground

Lord, where to begin....127 consecutive days - just a quick rundown of my basics from the last, ermmm....week and a half or so

I have 26 days of Walking to running challenge under my belt - 10 days completed since last check in
and, 19 days of 30 Days of Yoga - 4 completed since last check in

It has been so damn hot! but i think i am starting to acclimate myself to the heat during my runs. It is tough, but doable. Im glad these runs are pretty short though. When I finish this challenge I will move right into the 8 weeks to 5k
