                          It's exercise for your mind.

ID:	671000 Dog of the day is Knuckles! This guy stole my heart as soon as I saw him as he reminds me of my Olive girl. He is a Pyrenees mix and was a stray. He has the super soft fur like my Olive and the spotting and markings are similar...quite the shedder too, like her lol...i know her fur is still with me even though she is gone

                                Streak 11

the last 2 days I have been walking outside a lot trying to boost my mood and get photos of birds and my dogs, as well as measuring out the area for fencing

Happy to report that during my marking off of the area I want to have fenced in I did not have any issues with my leg injury(its now been 3 weeks), despite walking up and down a steep slope. Last night I tried a few seconds of light jogging, and no twinges of pain...I am chomping at the bit now with the weather turning more spring like ( and my weight ever increasing, again...) with my treadmill down for the count, and my injury my motivation has plummeted
