So, I have inevitably lost my streak. Thurs at 0200 we drove to Virginia with a friend to help him pick up a bus. So most of my day was spent in my car and when we returned home I was exhausted from staying up all night. That rolled over to Friday...I was so tired. I cant remember if i got out and walked any. The weekend is a blur.
My kids Schools are closed for virus reasons so they sent home packets for them to do their work. My son has gym and he was looking forward to working out with me. We didn't do Monday, the day got away from me, so we doubled up yesterday and did
1.5 mile walk
10 P/U (on knees) he couldn't do the push ups, not even on his knees so I made sure to make a note for the gym teacher...
30 Sit ups - wasn't sure if my leg would be good with this, but it was fine
60 sec wall sit
30 sec plank- this was hard for me
25 squats
Afterwards I had issues with my thigh muscles tightening up A LOT, it was painful...i guess i didn't warm up and cool down good enough
