So, I have inevitably lost my streak. Thurs at 0200 we drove to Virginia with a friend to help him pick up a bus. So most of my day was spent in my car and when we returned home I was exhausted from staying up all night. That rolled over to Friday...I was so tired. I cant remember if i got out and walked any. The weekend is a blur.

My kids Schools are closed for virus reasons so they sent home packets for them to do their work. My son has gym and he was looking forward to working out with me. We didn't do Monday, the day got away from me, so we doubled up yesterday and did
    1.5 mile walk
10 P/U (on knees) he couldn't do the push ups, not even on his knees so I made sure to make a note for the gym teacher...
30 Sit ups - wasn't sure if my leg would be good with this, but it was fine
    60 sec wall sit
30 sec plank- this was hard for me
    25 squats

Afterwards I had issues with my thigh muscles tightening up A LOT, it was painful...i guess i didn't warm up and cool down good enough

Awwww, you’re doing just fine, given your injury and the world at large. Chin up, there; it’ll get better. One day🥴
Hang tough and keep checking in, anyway🥳🙆🏻‍♀️

          Thank you DorothyMH

If you don't mind me asking, where about in WA do you live? My son is in the Army and was stationed there for a few years, not to far from Mt Rainier. He loved it there

Im trying!!!. thank you for the support!

I noticed today that there is bruising around my ankle, and it is still swelling up. Luckily I work somewhere where there are nurses and i caught one this morning and asked her about it. She said she wouldn't get concerned about it yet, i probably tore a ligament and it will take up to 8 weeks to heal and I am only getting through week 2...ugh

                https://darebee.com/workouts/walk-workout.html: Yawn, lol
https://darebee.com/challenges/wall-...hallenge.html: Day 2 - About 5 min total time spent

Other: Spent about a half hour or so(in the rain) trying to mark out a fenced in area for my dogs so I know how much fencing we will need. I did 50 ft in 10 ft increments before throwing in the towel. I was soaked...I swear I still feel wet from it today! LOL

                School Workout:

                10 Push ups (on knees)
                60 sec wall sit
                25 sit ups
45 sec plank - done with extended arms this time, but had to bend my knee to keep strain off the injured leg
                25 squats

ID:	668106 I was able to go down last week and get pictures of the new trainees here. Since there is so much anxiety floating around I figure I will help spread some joy with cute dog pics. Here is Bailee! She is a super affectionate 1 yr old pupper who was a stray. She had a litter of pups recently, and now that they are weened she will be looking for her new furever home.

ID:	669669 My Olive Grace has been gone a year now this past Sunday. I cant even begin to describe the pain of losing her. I still remember the last day with her...It was a heart wrenching day. She was so full of life even through the last week of her life...she fought hard. These memories will be with me forever...her love for car rides and 4 wheel rides, her love for the water, she loved playing in the snow. Her love for playing ball and how high she could jump (I called her a gazelle!). The way she thought she was a lap dog...and a parrot, as she would climb on the back of the couch and lay on my shoulders. Those mornings when we learned she LOVED coffee and would share a little with daddy Her one black whisker, I was always sad when she molted it and happy to see it grow back (that's weird, but it was a thing lol). She was so sweet. And she is very missed. You were gone too soon baby girl, we miss you so much
