    That was tough!

https://darebee.com/running/30-days-of-running.html: Day 15: Today i did more intervals. It was terribly cold and windy but I got it done. I did a 2:30 long run then did 30/30 (4or 5, i lost count)splits back up my hill then ran back down. (Total time 23mins)

https://darebee.com/programs/power-up.html: Day 15: Calf Raises...no biggie. Calf raise hold, no biggie, until I went to stretch more...I then realized I wasn't raising up high enough to challenge myself. Leg swings, 60 seconds wore on my standing leg...hold is just hard lol.

Kudos for running intervals in the cold! That is not fun!

ID:	658709 Dog of the day: Atria, or Tria for short. She is a 1 yr old Min Pin mix that was an owner surrender because they had too many dogs. She is a very sweet girl who just wants to give love and receive it.

Great photo, Dawn! It can be hard to get attractive photographs of all black dogs (which, sadly, makes it harder to find adopters for them), but you've captured a great expression here. She looks like a real character.

Some days I go out there wearing so much clothing I feel like I can hardly move. But I'd rather be Bibendum than be cold.

Thank you! That means a lot to me! Black dogs are very hard to photograph, especially indoors

https://darebee.com/running/30-days-of-running.html: Day 16: I ran 5K on Friday!!! Ran up and down my little street in varying loops. My street has a decent incline and so its all uphill one way, all down the other.
                  (Saturday I skipped.)
Day 17: Sunday I did a quickie run down my road to my drive way. Sprint fashion in sandals was fun, but I got something in.

https://darebee.com/programs/power-up.html: Day 16: I did this on Saturday, so I can have a workout on the books.

https://darebee.com/hive/daily-dares...20-40-bridges: WITH EC: Did this Saturday after Power Up.

                  So breakdown:
Friday 53 mins run 3.37 miles total
Saturday I did a 30 min workout total - stretching, Power Up, Daily Dare, then some yoga and stretching...i even practiced my Crow Pose for a minute or 2, which i haven't done in a long time. I also spent a few hours painting.
Sunday I walked from my neighbors house to mine, and did a little sprint...not very long but I spent the weekend painting my hallway so I got plenty of exercise that way lol.

ID:	659670 Dog Of The Day: Millie Kay. She is a 3 year old Aussie mix(?)(I don't really see Aussie, but Im no expert by any means). Owner surrendered her with a litter of puppies. You can see she doesn't understand what is going on. She was pretty new to the program when I took this. She looks so sad. Dogs like this can be harder to place...

Im going to go out on limb and say Boo is the dog in your profile pic....Beautiful pupper

I guess i don't see the Aussie because of the short hair. Shes a cutie though, I hope to see more of her personality this week.

https://darebee.com/running/30-days-of-running.html: Day 18: It was cold and rainy outside so instead i did some HIIT of high knees 60/60 and 30/30 splits. (3 or 4 sets, i lost count) On the 30/30s I ramped it up to sprints.

https://darebee.com/programs/power-up.html: Day 17: Considering all the painting Ive been doing I really felt this one!

I did 30 mins total with the Power Up, my high knees and other various things...jumping jacks, cherry pickers, some yoga...practiced Crow some more, I can get my feet lifted briefly...unfortunately i guess i have too much fat on my arms because it is very uncomfortable to rest my knees on the backs of my arms, so after my first try, if i try again it just hurts too much. I will probably look up a video to help me there, I know I was using one before. I really want to strengthen my upper body....well....my WHOLE body!!
