https://darebee.com/running/30-days-of-running.html: Day 15: Today i did more intervals. It was terribly cold and windy but I got it done. I did a 2:30 long run then did 30/30 (4or 5, i lost count)splits back up my hill then ran back down. (Total time 23mins)
https://darebee.com/programs/power-up.html: Day 15: Calf Raises...no biggie. Calf raise hold, no biggie, until I went to stretch more...I then realized I wasn't raising up high enough to challenge myself. Leg swings, 60 seconds wore on my standing leg...hold is just hard lol.
