Long weekend, so a bit of a blur...i know I walked my dog all 3, er...4 days, because thats a given...now all of our daily walks end with ball throwing, so he now expects it once we reach the field. He stops and looks at me expectantly, I am still working on the 'gotta get the leash off first' bit lol. I have started switching arms to give my left arm a workout too, ugh...horrible ball throwing with the left arm, and I am putting my whole body into the throw to work more muscles...baby steps! I really need to get something figured out workout wise. I keep telling myself, just do it, but i dontthe lack of space is a issue, i just need to find a good work around and stop making excuses
Saturday I took my son to Malibu Jacks(indoor amusement/arcade place)My daughter, her BF, and one of my sons friends joined us. It was fun, but pricey...but I know he had a good birthday and that's what matters. We played games, and did laser tag(my first time), did indoor go carts and a 4D ride(was a lame theme tho), my daughter and I rode one of the little indoor thrill rides, the Wave Runner, which i remember being called the blizzard back in my teenage days. This was her first time on it so I warned her...it goes fast. She didn't think much of it, she blew it off.Once it built up momentum it had her squashing me and she was fighting so hard to move away, but the force was to much!! I said 'I warned you!' It slowed down, i said 'its not over, now we go backwards...oh god, your hair!' My daughter has hair down to her butt, and its very thick...i told her that was going to be everywhere....i was right. It was in her mouth, my mouth, probably in other peoples mouths(ok, that's an exaggeration). It was so fun, well worth the $5, we screamed and laughed the whole time.
Sunday my daughter talked me into going to an exotic reptile show...I walked in going...'is this it?' A lot smaller than I expected for $10, but there were a lot of cool things to look at.
Monday I vegged mostly, and took stubbs for the mile walk with ball time

Sounds like a great weekend! I remember playing Laser Tag once in England and it was a lot of fun. No idea what 4D ride is, but I'm glad you all had fun

lofivelcro *A 4D (or 4-D) attraction incorporates 3D content (which require 3D glasses) along with other sensory enhancements such as theatrical fog, water misters, and seat pokers to more fully immerse guests in the experience.* I dont know if that helps, but thats what it isThe theme my son wanted was Haunted Party, and it wasnt great...i think if we had picked the roller coaster one it would've been much better.
Last night, more of the same...walked my boy a little over a mile in 20 mins and played ball, although he cut it short this time...i think I only threw the ball 3 times when on the last throw he went and picked it up and went home. (the field is 2 houses down from my moms) Silly boy

Thanks for the description, I think I at least can imagine something. Sounds a bit weird, but strangely exciting too
