            - My first real workout after i got my back problems Iam still careful and listen to my body so i stopped after lvl 2 and didn't do the side quest. I already lost some strength in the last 10 days but i think thats pretty normal.

              Day 59 is tough on its own and with an recently injured back Lv 2 is plenty. Well done. Good luck with the final.

                  yeah, thanks. You was right from the beginning. This Programm has really long days and iam glad it will be over soon. Iam not able to do so many long workouts (cause of the time) over the week.

                    For short plannable workouts I can recommend full circuit. And it is challenging nonetheless. Take care
