                          tried them all in a row. Planks after PushUps is hard.....but i think PushUp time is still not enough!

                            this challenge is so mean! definitely a challenge for heros - or spartans! I think my next program will be spartan trials!
                            but do you know what? the exercise is fun - though - but the bloody earworm throughout the day is unbearable ...

                              Nice! i will start with Spartan after Age of Pandora.
