    Hi,

on Saturday I finally finished Spartan Trials and 30 Days of Yoga. I liked Spartan Trials but due to the long breaks (meaning the program days) the last days were pretty hard and hurt. That is why I choose easier programs (60 Days of Cardio and Baseline together) as the next badges to be claimed. The main intention here is to develop more consistency in the programs rather than build strength.
    Take care and stay safe.

Sorry to hear about the knee, but I'm sure there will be other races in your future.

Hi there, today I celebrate my 3-Years of consecutive training according to the Darebee rules .
Unfortunately the plan to participate at the Heart Race as a runner failed. My knee didn't stand the challenge. It doesn't hurt now but the stress of the race would have been to much.
Apart from that everything is fine even though my current workload does not allow much workout or Kendo. But I'm looking forward to the Darebee Meeting in Marseille.

Take care and stay safe everyone.
